update

I'm out of the medlab so here's the update.

i'm okay. my powers ... malfunctioned. it was not pleasant. it really sucked, actually and i would like to not talk about it too much right now. i probably would have died if the doctors here weren't so good.

i'm still tired and am instructed to take it easy for a bit until i recover but also not get too relaxed until we know that my control is there.
