So, I thought about shifting and did all the powers stuff we've been working on and my feet turned into rocks.

well, i'm not in pain. It - it feels like something in my brain has ... stretched, almost. It's crazy. like, there's an extra thing in there that I didn't know about.

But I'm not 100% okay. in fact, I'm freaking the fuck out.

I did a full body shift and back. That... that kind of hurt a lot.

I'm going down stairs to get looked over, I think.
